We do not provide standard primary care and request that you have a primary care clinician for routine problems and medications. We do not accept insurance and at this time, cannot accept Medicare patients for individual appointments (because of insurance rules). If our approach really resonates with you, but you have medicare or medicaid, please reach out and we’ll see if there is a way we can still work together.
